Do Hersheypark’s Clues Point to a Water Coaster in 2018?

2018 is shaping up to be an incredible year for many parks, and Hersheypark is no different. Unlike amusement parks like Cedar Point or Kings Dominion, where everyone knows what is coming (I hear a Richard Michael Crosby is moving in…), there is more mystery over Hersheypark’s 2018 addition. They’ve been teasing their plans for this addition through a series of five clues on their website. L...[Read More]

The Coaster Critic Takes on a ProSlide Tornado

As the name suggests I almost exclusively focus on roller coasters when I visit theme parks. I’m starting to branch out a bit as I visit more parks with my family, but to me time spent on anything that doesn’t have rails and wheels is not time well spent. Last week, I found myself at the Charlotte, NC-area’s Great Wolf Lodge. These super-sized, outdoorsy-themed resorts are all o...[Read More]

After boarding the ride’s boats, I shoved off into the world of Atlantis, the mythi...[Read More]

The park’s many hints and clues via their OnPoint blog and social media sites seemed to hint to a roller coaster. But as with Holiday World’s 2009 Pilgrim Plunge, it seems like parks are starting to hype up and tease even non-roller coasters these days. I ...[Read More]
